Received wrong item

I received a wrong item in one of my orders. There were several items in the order, Instead of receiving nars lip liner Cap color, I received Dior lash serum. Can you please help? Already called customer service, I was asked to wait 48 hours.  Was on hold for a while. Then the agent sent me a wrong label to send the item back that I did receive, another agent told me to return the item to the store.
