Received wrong item

Hello, 

 

I just received an order today which was supposed to be The Oridinary Niacinamide Serum but instead I received a Tatcha product. In my previous order (from 8/29), I originally ordered 2 of The Oridinary Niacinamide Serums but only received one. This order was supposed to have that missing serum, yet they messed up again. Could someone please help me with getting the correct product? Thank you in advance.IMG_8353.jpg
