Received the wrong samples?

I just received my package for my most recent purchase, and two of the samples in the box were not the ones I requested, even though the ones I requested are listed in the order. How can I get this fixed?

This tends to happen. I’ve called before and since it’s samples they can’t ship them out alone. Depending from which warehouse your totem ships out of, there’s no guarantee that they will have the items in that warehouse. That’s what causes different items. When I’ve called, they’ve give me some extra points. Hope that helps.
