Received order, but opened it to find an empty Glossier “Balm Dotcom” package.

Hi there, 

 

I recently created an order of about seven or eight products from Sephora, including three Glossier Balm Dotcom’s (Birthday, Berry, and Mango), several products from Laneige, and Sol de Janeiro Shampoo. When I opened the package to put it into the recipients stockings, I discovered that the Glossier Mango Balm Dotcom packaging was empty. How do I proceed? Thanks in advance.
