Received order, but opened it to find an empty Glossier โ€œBalm Dotcomโ€ package.

Hi there, 

 

I recently created an order of about seven or eight products from Sephora, including three Glossier Balm Dotcomโ€™s (Birthday, Berry, and Mango), several products from Laneige, and Sol de Janeiro Shampoo. When I opened the package to put it into the recipients stockings, I discovered that the Glossier Mango Balm Dotcom packaging was empty. How do I proceed? Thanks in advance.
