Hi! This morning i opened my sephora package and i noticed the love, don’t be shy by killian perfume had been half out of its box and had a crack in it. some of the product leaked out and when i picked it up the crack broke it in half. The mail packaging had no bubble wrap and was very flimsy 😞 fortunately the other products survived but this perfume im assuming broke because its box has no protection and was loose. I was wondering if i could get a replacement or is this something i should contact canada post about? Thank you!
