Received and empty box

I have never tried Sephora for online orders and honestly this first order does not bring me much confidence. 

I ordered one perfume item “Chloe signature Eau de Parfum set” for my gf for Christmas. But all that arrived was an empty box full of brown paper the free gift lotion. How do I receive the actual item I ordered??
