Received an open and damaged item

The Sephora Favorites Soko to Tokyo box that I received was opened, the tape had been cut. Also, the plastic case holding the products inside is broken. All of the products were shuffled and none of them have seals (I'm not sure if they originally did). I'm returning this item because it seems like someone has tried out these products and returned the set--at the very least they have broken the airtight seals. I am disappointed that Sephora would sell a used product, this is very unhygienic.
