Received an empty package with used make up wipes

I just received an empty package that was open and only had used make up remover pads in it. There was an order confirmation in it that was for an order I already received weeks ago?? 

In times of COVID, this is absolutely disgusting and I just basically sanitized both of my arms for minutes. Please be careful everyone and double check and sanitize everything!
