Received an empty box

I ordered a few items since my girlfriend's birthday was coming up. The package arrived two days before her birthday, I was really excited because she talked about buying these products for a long time. I love my girlfriend very much and I really wanted to make her birthday special by getting her the products she's been wanting. However, upon opening the package it was empty -- I spent nearly $700 to get a packing slip and some paper. Upon contacting Sephora, they said they are unable to reship or give me any sort of compensation for my SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLAR order. They said the package was delivered and they cannot override the system. Absolutely ridiculous. My girlfriend is a Rouge member and has been shopping with Sephora for over 5 years now. She will no longer be shopping with you guys anymore!
