Received an empty box

This is crazy and the first time this has ever happened to me. I've shopped online and in Sephora before, and I've only experienced once where my neighbors stole my package, but they were helpful and helped me refund my order. But today I received a package that was slightly damaged but did not seem too bad, and I opened it to find only the samples that I ordered and brown paper. I live chat them again, and they first offered to reship it, then said that the system does not allow reship or refund to my account. This wasn't the biggest order, but it is still a good amount of money, and I am so upset that I did not receive ANY of my products nor any of my money back. I checked the tracking and the weight of the package, and there was definitely products in there upon arrival but I still do not have any!! I am about to contact the carrier and bank about this issue. I am devasted about this horrid customer service and how sad I am to not want to purchase from Sephora again.

Hi there! Did you ever get your issue resolved? This just happened to me today- received an empty box with no damage all it has was brown paper and a clear sleeve. No products samples or even a packing slip. I paid with a gift card so I dont even have a bank to refute it with. Luckily I took a video because I could tell it felt like nothing was in it but the chat service was not understanding my issue. So disappointing to have consistent issues as a rogue member for 5 years
