Received a used product?

I went to a store yesterday and bought YSL Mon Paris EDP 0.33oz travel spray. When I came home and opened the package, I realized that the cap was half-opened and the bottle wasn't completely filled. The amount of empty space in the bottle makes me suspect that this may have been already opened or used. Unless this is normal, I would like to exchange for a new product and I wonder how I could do that.

I'm sorry for the trouble! As this was a store purchase, please contact your local Sephora store directly for further assistance with this. Items can be returned in-store for a refund within 30 days, or exchanged in-store within 31-60 days. Thank you!
