Received Damaged items today

I am unfortunately writing this cause I am so disappointed in receiving a whole bunch of damaged items delivered today. I was looking so forward to using my items until i found almost half of it is damaged and when asked customer service to fix the issue they have not been helpful and keep telling me they can’t do anything because they have replaced items before first of all being a rouge member I’ve only had a total reshipment only once and I’ve had two lipstick replacements because of damage and mind this is not my fault as well. I’m very upset today about this matter considering how much money I spend with this company and they can’t offer a helping hand when they sent me damaged products. I will attach some pictures below so you can see what I’m talking about. I wish Sephora would check products properly before sending things out.

@munchmeow  Hmm, the Summer Fridays item looks possibly damaged to me… can you actually feel those marks on the applicator when you run your finger across it? If yes, then I’d push for a replacement, even if that means contacting Summer Fridays directly about the issue. 

The Natasha Denona lipstick looks like it has the type of vertical marks that sometimes happen when bullets are removed from their molds by the factory making them. I kinda understand wanting an absolutely perfect bullet, but those marks don’t affect the engraved brand logo and they’ll disappear anyway with use. Is the casing scratched, or is that just dust/lint I see in your photo? 

I can’t tell what’s damaged in your Amika photo, or at least what’s damaged significantly enough to warrant a replacement. Is the cap hinge broken?

Oh yes and the casing is scratched up to of the lipstick.

Yeah the summer Fridays is all scratched up and looks used even when I took it out it was stuck to the box for some odd reason, yeah I’m very ocd about my lipsticks and don’t like imperfections on them unfortunately but I do understand why so many of them are damaged. My hair mask bottle cap is broken it doesn’t close properly I know it’s hard to see in the pic but yeah very unfortunate.
