Received Broken Item

I ordered my wife the Huda Desert Dusk for Christmas and when she opened it Christmas morning, one of the eyeshadows was broken and the top cover of the palette is coming apart. Embarassing. She says it's no big deal but I don't want her to have a broken present, especially since it cost a lot of money. How do I fix this?

Either return it by mail or to the closest Sephora location. I haven't done it before myself by mail so you can call customer service and set it up with the proper paperwork to send back in the box or bring the receipt in the box or if you have an account you should have an e-mailed version of your purchase you can simply return it back to the store.
