Receipt Points

Hi! I was recently at a store and their system was unable to add points automatically. I am having trouble figuring out how to add them manually on the site/app. Any help appreciated.

Can I get help with this as well please? I was told at the store that I have to go to the app to receive the the points but I don’t know what to do.
