Really frustrated with customer service

I am so done with Sephora customer care. I ordered 2 mac lipsticks, out of which one is all dried up. I requested to send a replacement and they are like ‘oh! We can’t do that. We have helped you with such instances in the past’. I don’t even recall when I did that lately. I shop so much with you guys during and without sale. If I am ordering something online, and it is not up to the mark, atleast be considerate instead of asking me to go in store and return it. If you are keeping records of things which I requested replacement for an year back, you guys need to grow up.
