Really disappointed in Sephora logistics

I’ve been a customer for like 10+ years, and this was the worst experience I’ve had with Sephora logistics coming out of LV. My order was delayed when I was specifically waiting for it because logistics/fulfillment did not enter my unit number on the label. When I finally got my package, my samples were missing, as was any kind of package slip. Seriously looking into alternatives for my skincare where I don’t have to worry about sloppy fulfillment and handling. This was bad.
