Did anyone else receive their ready to jet bag with items missing? Mine was missing the watermelon sheet mask. It’s the only reason I placed the order and the only item I wanted in the bag. I’m trying to figure out if I should place another order and try to get the bag again for the mask or if I missed something somewhere along the line and the mask just isn’t a part of the bag.

I got both versions of the bag and both were missing items. The other version only had the belif, a perfume sample and a foundation sample card - the rest was missing. The other one that you're talking about was missing the mask, caudalie and something else. It seems like everyone was missing items out of it and no substitutions were made. Theres been a lot of posts about it on the forums.

I was missing the watermelon mask and the mascara too. The two things I wanted to try out from the sample bag. What a disappointment!

I received my sample bag today and the watermelon mask was missing. I read the reply from the Sephora representative and understand samples may vary but in this situation the sample is missing. No extra sample/replacement for the watermelon mask in my bag Like you janiceinwa, I selected ReadyToJet for the mask. Quite disappointed. On a positive note the UD all nighter sample is a great size and I’m pleased with the product so far

I'm sorry for the confusion! The samples in the READYTOJET promotional offer may vary and I apologize that the Glow Recipe mask wasn't included in your bag! If you have a Sephora store in your area and you'd still like to try out this product, I recommend visiting the store so that a Cast Member can make a sample for you. Thank you and once again, I'm sorry this sample wasn't included in your bag!

 After seeing my readytojet promo pack was missing 2 items I came here to post about the error. Then I saw this comment and couldn't help but laugh because going to Sephora locations near me (I have 4 within reasonable distance) and asking for a sample of a product is apparently a BIG ask. I have asked for a sample of something in-store approx 4-5 times in the last 5+ years and each time the Cast Members reactions left me feeling like I'm cheap. It's not a good feeling so I don't even bother anymore.

Also, in-store samples are usually a fraction of the size of typical samples.
