“Read more” option not working?

I’ve been having this problem for a couple of weeks now where the “read more” feature isn’t working on any forum posts in the app. I tap “read more” over and over and it just doesn’t respond so I can’t see the rest of any posts that have this option. Everything else on the post will respond (like, subscribe, etc.) but not this option. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app and that didn’t help. Can this be fixed?

Hi @Ellenvb we are working on it! This is a bug and we won't be able to get it fixed until January due to technical limitations. Just know we are working on getting this fixed!

I’ve been having this problem too. I use the last update of the app on my iPhone. The only way I can read full posts is by using the desktop version of the Sephora website, but then I’d miss out on app exclusives.

Nope haven’t gotten a response from customer support, maybe I’ll send them an email or something or just wait for an app update where they fix the issue! 😞
