When i last checked with Sephora I was told samples are not guaranteed. The sample game has been off for Sephora for like a year now. For me it is kind of a given now that do not bother choosing.  I will get whatever Sephora decides not the other way. Packing, delivery issues have been blamed on the pandemic without any responsibility.
