Rare Beauty Rewards from Sold Out to Gone

I've been eyeing the Rare Beauty rewards this whole month, and spent more just to earn the points, only to find that they're completely gone from the rewards bazaar cuz it's a new month, when they've been sold out the whole time!! I'm so frustrated and customer support doesn't seem to be doing anything about it when I check others' posts about this same issue. I have nothing else I want to spend all my points on. Please fix this issue and bring back the Rare Beauty rewards!
