Rare Beauty Point Redemption

I am so frustrated. I set my alarm for 8:55am every new reward drop day in anticipation for these Rare beauty rewards. I have been saving my points month after month to finally find something that I thought was worth redeeming them on. If Sephora wants to make such a big deal about upcoming "spotlight" rewards, they should have the supply to be able to keep up with their rewards members who have been saving their points for these items. Sephora...if you don't have the appropriate stock, which you clearly did not given the fact that these rewards sold out in seconds, yes... SECONDS, don't hype all of these people up just to disappoint them. I have always spoken highly about Sephora rewards, but I am seriously starting to think that they aren't all that! #disappointed

Hi, I also got ready and saved my points and the email that was sent said they still had over 69 available but when I logged in they were all out of stock. How come all the good rewards are always out of stock? Do they give rouge priority that when vip gets their turn they are out?

How do you sign up for emails to know how much stock is left for rewards your interested in?
