Rant about order

Feeling super furious right now, and they are currently closed through the phone line. So last week on Saturday I placed an order for a few things, and used flashed shipping. That same day I got a message that my package shipped. My package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, and I only barely received it today. What put me over the edge, is that I ordered a hair brush, and when I looked at the box I noticed that it was already opened since I can see with the sticky parts used to be. What made it worse is that there is actually hair on the brush, which is obviously not mine, since I still did not even open it. I cant believe that on-top of having crappy flash shipping, they would send me a used hairbrush that still had multiple hair strands on it. Seriously wtf.... so furious, and just pissed, not a good thing to come home to from work.

Update: So I called them again today since they are now open. So to add insult to injury, the person helping me was a total joke, he actually was laughing and making it seem like it was not big deal. Sorry but to me it is, especially when I am using my hard earned money to purchase an item that is supposed to be brand new. If I wanted a used one I can go on ebay and get it a lot cheaper. I then asked him to speak to his supervisor, and he ended up putting me on hold at first, and then he came back himself and said I would have to wait a bit more, which I said was fine. Next thing I know the guy hung up on me. WOW seriously, so darn rude and disrespectful.
