ROUGE and can't use my 20% Code

Everytime I go to apply 20FORVIB it says I need to be logged into a VIB account. I have checked, double checked, logged out and back in, no dice. I am trying to order the Clarisonic Mia2xBoscia set. Not seeing anything about exclusions. Help?
