ROUGE REWARD NOT WORKING

Yesterday I traded in some of my rewards for the $100 Rouge Reward. I activated it just now but it's not working. When I click on "activate" in the email it opens up my browser and takes me to a blank screen. I have things in my cart I want to buy and the use of this $100 Rouge Reward would be helpful. If it doesn't work, please refund the points.
