Hello, my birthday is today January 11. I do not see an exclusive bday set for ROUGE on the app. Are you not doing it this year or has it just not come out yet?

Thanks for the prompt reply 😊 Can you please clarify if the reason is because you are not doing them this year? I wouldn’t want to pick a gift now and then have the exclusive gift come out later.

Rouge and VIB clients can get exclusive gifts with purchase, and they will release on the Beauty Offers page from time to time. I hope this is helpful!

Your birthday selection (at least in Canada) is not very good - my birthday is this month and I thought at least I could get the points since the best gifts are always gone by October.  Evidently points are gone too.  Being a rouge doesn't seem to be very exciting anymore.  The only thing I feel is outstanding at sephora now is still the return policy.  Though if you gave samples again it wouldn't definitely cut back on returns.
