ROGUE POINTS ARE A JOKE!

I'm extremely frustrated. I've been a rouge members for years and I have yet to redeem any of my points. I check every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am PT to redeem my rewards and everything is always sold out. Last Tuesday I thought I was Finally able to use my points to redeem a $100 gift card however when I went to complete the order the reward it was sold out. Its was 9:10am PT. If your rewards are selling out in 10 mins then clearly sephora isn't providing enough rewards to go around. Even in the store. I buy over $200, $300 worth of makeup and the gifts are always sold out in the store. I live in the US, sephora stores never have any gifts available. I went to Dubai last summer and guess what their sephora ran out of gifts. This is a world wide issue. I just spending thousands of dollars just to build points I'll never use. Tell me I have to now spend $949.00 to keep my rouge statues. I've been ding that for 4 years, that doesn't get me anywhere. I have 5200 points. 2500 only gets me $100.00 gift card, which is such a low ball because I've spent probably $5000 over the years. I'm asking Sephora to simply send me a gift card of $150 and in change you can take all my point therefore; I can be done with this rouge membership because clearly it gets me no where. This is unfair and unacceptable and sephora knows it.

@torisecerts I'm sorry for the confusion! Our Rewards Bazaar is updated around 9am PT on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We appreciate your feedback and I will share it with the appropriate department for future improvements.

Im sorry, what confusion? there is no confusion on my part. 9am PT is 12pm EST for me. I know how it works. Also, I check all day. There is never nothing left. Please stop given excuses and treat your high spending customers better and provide enough rewards for everyone.Decent bug rewards. Not ust the little free lip gloss rewards. Offer more $100 gift aware more often.

I was on reward bazaars at 12pm, which is 9am Pacific central time, but I didn't see the gift cards available. I didn't know if they were still available. I agree it's getting pretty ridiculous and disheartening. My points just sit there and collect dust.

I've had the exact same experience. I've been trying to get the card for the past month. I've had it in my cart only to have it removed because it was sold out even though I HAD IT!!! Most drop days it doesn't even appear. This is the most ridiculous, insulting treatment I've ever had from a company with whom I spend at least $1,000 a year. I wish there was a way we could take a group action for false advertising. I'm happy to see Shoppers get many more brands previously available only at Sephora, and the arrival of Ulta here in Canada next year should hopefully prompt Sephora to re-evaluate this bait and switch thing.The chart showing the rewards for Rouge members doesn't say "$100 reward card if you can get it while competing with all other Rouge members at a specific time within a 1 minute window twice a week."

I'm not sure why Sephora continues to treat its highest-spending customers this way as this is a complaint we have all had ever since the *$100 reward* was introduced.

Funny you say that about filing a claim against them- yea we could file a class action lawsuit but first seek an attorney of course for consultation.

Just a heads up, the new rewards have not dropped yet for today. They drop at 9am pacific time. So for me, they drop at 10am.

Thanks but ive been a Rogue member for years I know when to check. 9am PT is 12pm EST(My time). Either way these rouge points are bogus. Only 2 new rewards today which are much to brag about. They still show the old rewards that sold out weeks ago. The bigger issue is that Sephora doesn't offer enough rewards for the big spenders. Its also unacceptable that they are always sold out of everything.

I've been checking since 8:50 PST/11:50 EST, and they still haven't shown up 😕 Update: its available now, but the $50 rogue ones weren't...

@Jhadzia There are no $50 codes any more. It's just the $100.

That sucks. I’m not rouge, so I don’t get the option for gift cards. That’s ridiculous that they are so rare and so hard to get. I find that the rewards are usually not that great for how much points they want for them.
