I'm so sorry about this! If your item was purchased online, you can return it by mail or in a freestanding Sephora store within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To return your item by mail, please use the free return shipping label: https://returns.narvar.com/sephora/returns?locale=en_US. If it's received within 30 days of purchase you will receive a refund.
