RETURN POLICY

Shocking that Sephora doesnt have an extended Christmas return policy. A store CREDIT after 30 days does not qualify as an extended return policy. SHAME on Sephora.  I will not shop there ever again. There is Nordstroms, Bloomies, Ulta and more that carry all the same items.

Exactly. Their so-called “Extended Holiday Return Period” is incredibly misleading since it’s not actually an extended return period. It’s actually the same return period and only an extended period for exchanges and store credit. Incredibly deceptive business practices. Shaaaaame!

Agreed. Same experience, taking my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service experience at Conestoga mall in Waterloo.
