RETURN/EXCHANGE HELP

I have a question, hoping someone can answer it for me. I bought an eyelash curler like 11 months ago, the lady at Sephora recommended it to me, so I got it. The shape did not fit my eye at ALL and it ended up actually breaking. I planned on returning it, so I stuck it in my closet with the receipt so I could bring it next time I went to sephora. I ended up losing it and I just found it a few days ago while I was cleaning out my room. Do you think I'd be able to go return it eventho I got it such a long time ago? I'll probably end up buying a new lash curler anyways with that same money, right in store. Help?? 😞

Are you sure it's 11 months ago? If so, go in store and return it! The cut off from the old return policy is a year, and recently they changed the return policy to 60 days but since you bought back then the old policy applies to that purchase. If you lost your receipt and you're a beauty insider they can look up your purchase through your account.
