REN Moroccan Rose Otto Bath Oil - 3.7 fl oz

Recently, I purchased the REN Moroccan Rose Otto Bath Oil in the only size that Sephora has listed on their website, which is a 4.08 oz/121 mL size. I received the product, and noticed on the label that it was only in a 3.7 oz/110 mL size. I contacted customer service via the live beauty chat feature, and a replacement was sent. I got it right away, which was great, but I noticed that the replacement was also in the 3.7 oz/110 ml size.

I'm not looking for a refund or a replacement, but I did just want to let Sephora/Customers know that the 4.08oz/121 mL is probably unavailable, OR the product details are incorrect.
