RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT 9 DAYS AGO

As you can see in my attached photos and on my original post, I received a damaged product and would like it replaced. You’ve been out of stock online, or else I would have ordered a new one myself, so I was unsure of how you could resolve this. I’d also like to say that I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. I understand resolving issues could take time, but to receive zero service over a 9 day span is unacceptable.
