RECALLS

Hello to all,

Hoping everyone is well & staying safe !

I recently purchased the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask to which I had a horrible reaction. During my last visit at Sephora, I was made aware that there was a recall on this particular product and I also noticed that it was taken down from Sephoraโ€™s shelves and webpage. This made me wonder whether there was a protocol in place at Sephora to advise its customers of recalled products, which they had purchased. To my surprise, there isnโ€™t one.

So, here I am, starting a post where we could keep one another up-to-date with any information we might have regarding cosmetic products that had been recalled !

I bought mine in December and just used it and I'm having a reaction to the mask.  Were people able to get a refund? 

 

I'm also disappointed that Sephora has my purchase history and made no effort to notify me of the recall!!

Wow, Iโ€™ve been using mine since the last purchase. I hope Sephora will update us!

I did know about this at all! I purchased mine at Sephora I believe October 2020, used it twice and just left it there.. my face was BURNING, like literally! I just email Summer Fridays and they said I could return it to the retailer and would receive  a full refund. Does anybody knows about this? Is it true?

Could someone advise if this is still valid? Like the original poster I bought it left it and started using it on my arms because it has been sitting around.
