Hi all! First time bought stuff off Sephora. Was excited for the samples I had selected with what I had purchased. Package came, but got samples I had not selected at all?! Huh? Can someone explain it to the newbie please? Also got first pro: awesome stuff in it con: now I know why could select in bazaar, points card that came with it was valid til end of last year, too bad just got my package now in February 🙃 so that was kind of stinky. *firstvplay package. Phone acting up 🙈

Hi @RED9215! I'm sorry to hear that! Sometimes the free samples selected can be substituted if out of stock when your order is being packaged.  I apologize for any inconvenience!

The brush I ordered arrived in a huge box, and NO samples. None. My order was processed by the Aberdeen,MD warehouse. 

I was rewarded points for the issue but I really would've preferred the samples I ordered. The message told me to go to the store for samples: I shouldn't have to do that, and I don't want to. We should be getting what we ordered, period.
