Question regarding birthday reward

Question about the Sephora birthday reward. When I go to my rewards/deals page, it shows the free birthday set coupon for me, and has an option to redeem it. The issue is, my birthday was over 3 months ago, so I am not sure why I have this coupon. I made my sephora account a few weeks ago, way after my birthday had passed. I am not sure why this coupon shows for me, but am I allowed to redeem it, since it's displayed on my app for me? Or would that not be allowed/count as cheating? And if it is allowed to redeem it, would I still get my next year's birthday gift? Someone please give me advice on this issue, thank you!

As far as I'm aware, you're allowed 1 birthday reward a year and you can kind of redeem it whenever. It resets every year. If you can check out with it, you're fine.

@makeitup305 Thank you for your help! Sadly, when I try adding it to basket, the button is gray and i'm not able to press it, so I guess I can't redeem it. 😞 Thanks though, i'm just looking forward to see what sephora's 2024 birthday gifts are.
