QR code for store visit survey not scanning

I wanted to take the survey and now the link isn't posted...it says you have to scan the QR codes.  My husband and I cannot get it to scan on either of our phones.   How can I enter?

Yes, that survey QR is such a joke. Making us download the app and spend hours but can't find a way to do the survey. They should do better.

I just shopped today and tried to scan for the survey and it didn't work. only the app QR code works

I tried to send a reply and I get an error. The email supplied said it doesn't exist. I was able to get a link to enter the sweepstakes though via Customer Service.
