QR Survey code

As of January 2024 QR code for survey still doesn't work. Idk if it's the ink that's faded midway through the QR code or if Sephora just doesn't really want anyone to take the survey for a chance to win the gift card.... I think this is a big issue and should be handled better or send digital receipts with QR & Links for surveys.

I think the issue has been going on for almost a year with receipts from across the country.  I think it should be fixed or removed from the receipts.

@Aperrs7 You may experience issues scanning the QR code if there is a printing/ink issue. I'll send you a PM with more details.
