Purchase at Khol’s

I was excited to see that I didn’t need to spend much more to reach VIB ($36 to be exact) and I happily went into my local Kohl’s and bought a Laneige lip balm for my sister & a mascara for my mom for Christmas. My total was over the $36 and I entered my email for the rewards. The cashier didn’t say anything about it not going through but nothing has shown up saying I even purchased anything/earned points! I tried to use the customer service chat, but it says it is unavailable. This was yesterday, 9/24, and it has been over 24hrs now. I’m upset as I also was wanting the VIB birthday option next week. What can be done/what can I do? I have my receipt & unopened products.
