Purchase History

Ive been having some issues latley with my purchase history. Through my app it is showing completely different dates than the actual dates i bought my items on. Also for my recent purchases, some of them havent even shown up on my purchase history when I have certainly bought these items. This is my only Sephora account I have its been active for over 3 years now so i know that's not the issue. I have tried logging in and out & ive even tried reinstalling my sephora app and going on the actual website but nothing seems to help this issue. I have called the customer service agents a couple tomes as well but this is an ongoing issue for about 2 months now. Am I the only one this is happening to? Was there any way you resolved it? Thanks

Hi @amayavazquezz,

 

If you're providing your Beauty Insider card number at the time of in-store purchases, it's possible that your Beauty Insider card is not linked to your online account. Could this be a possibility? If so, please reply and be sure to tag me @LaurieBT and I will be happy to assist.

@LaurieBT that is not the issue at all because I always provide my Rouge Card at checkout. Even my online purchases are all over the place as well. It will show on my online orders but will not show up on my purchase history!
