Purchase History incomplete

I’m trying to look back into my previous purchases (years & years worth) but the app and website only show a handful of items now. I used to be able to see all. What gives? I like to be reminded of products I used and what I’ve ordered for my daughters as gifts.

@BornInThe1900ss Purchase Histories will typically only go back about a year and I'm sorry you're not able to see your purchases from previous years. Please note that online orders will always be shown on your account regardless of when the order was placed so you can access orders/items in orders at any time.
