Promo gift not sent

Hey, I just received my sephora order today and I noticed my samples were wrong and my promo gift ( sephora play box) was missing. I specifically buy from sephora instead of the brands website to get free gifts and use promo codes. This is so disappointing. In the past decade that I have been ordering from Sephora, I have never had a single problem. All my orders have been complete. I really wanted that play box, why advertise it if you're not gonna send it out? At least offer an alternative 😞
