Promo dropped after order placed

I just placed an order and when I was reviewing it after I finalized payment I realized the promo I added was dropped! I had put the promo code metime and chose the detox post-party bag. I purposely bought enough products to get this promo too so I was pretty bummed! Hopefully someone can help me out and thank you for taking the time!
