Promo code not working

I’m trying to use the promo code for 20% off my order which in the beginning mentioned I needed to be a beauty insider to use for and after I became one said that I needed to sign in and purchase foundation to qualify. Does anyone has the same happen? Thanks

The same thing is happening to me! I thought I was the only one. Is there a way to fix this? I had signed up to be a BI prior to my purchase.
