Promo code not working

I was able to order twice already for this current promo period and would like to put in another order again. For some reason, the promo code has stopped working and kept saying I should be logged in as Rouge for it to work. I am currently logged into my account but the site and app still denies to accept my promo code. I even signed out and updated the app, but it still didn’t go through. Could really use the help before the promo ends today! Thanks xX
