Promo code BESTSCENTS not working

I tried the promo but it kept giving me the alert "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred while applying the coupon code. Please try again or select another promotion code". I tried it multiple times and it still didn't work, I don't know what to do. (I am using the Canadian website).
