Promo code BESTSCENTS not working (canada)

I tried the promo code BESTSCENTS right before i received my e-mail and it says that the promo code running out of inventory..... it's impossible. 

I tried every hour with the same msg. I saw the promo code in the sephora home page but is still not working.

The promo never "runs out of inventory".... this promo never happened in Canada. I know because i look at the Sephora apps everyday. I don't know why Sephora made publicity of a promo that we can't get....
