Promo Code Not working!

Hi, So at checkout it won’t allow me to use the promo code. Keeps telling me I need to be logged in. I am signed in. I’ve tried with the app, my browser, deleted all cashe and cookies, deleted the app and downloaded again. I have no idea why it won’t work. Anyone else having this problem?

Sorry for the confusion! Upon review, it appears that your current status is VIB. Our VIB clients are able to shop the Spring Savings Promotion 4/21 through 4/29. You can shop online as many times as you like. Just use code SPRINGSAVE online. I hope this clarifies!
