Promo Code Help

The current 20% off promo code isn't working for me. I tried to apply it to my order and there is an error message saying I exceeded the number of redemptions (I have not used it yet).

Hi, I am also having the same issue with the error message saying I have exceeded the number of redemptions although I have not yet used it.
