Promo Code 15%

I received promo code in mail for 15% off order. It is not working.  Message says "Offer available to select Beauty Insiders.  Must be logged in to qualify."  I am logged in.  I cleared my cache, restarted browser session, etc.  Please advise.  Thank you!
