Product spilled in package

So I ordered the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea setting spray a little while back, and when it arrived, the bottle was opened, and had no product left in it... I was obviously upset, but I just salvaged all the other items in my order (the palette in the order was a bit wet, but I delt) and moved on. Today, my mother was absolutely incredulous when I told her I didn’t contact customer service... so here I am. Is there anything that can be done for me even if the order arrived at the beginning of January?
