I can't leave reviews on any of my past purchases. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

Hi @catalana87,

I'm sorry to hear this! Can you please try leaving your review from both the app and the web browser? On the app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device. On your web browser, please log out and log back in, and clear your cookies/cache.

Hi Laurie,

I tried again today and the review pages from the products work now but when I try to submit a review an error pops up. Actually that has always happen on the web browser but on the App I have always been able to upload reviews. Do you know why this might be happening?

Hi, thank you! I just tried the two options and it's the same. I can't even read other reviews for any product I check. So strange! Any other guess?
